EMSB Pre-paid Cafeteria Meal Card Information

For use in English Montreal School Board (EMSB) cafeterias, a Pre-paid Meal Card is a great way to avoid the need for your child(ren) to carry money and ensures they receive a nutritious and balanced meal.

MEAL CARDS PURCHASED DURING THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

The price of the meal card is $57.50. This corresponds to 10 meals at a price of $5.75 per meal.
Meal includes: Entrée, vegetable, soup or dessert* and milk.

*milk pudding, yogurt, muffin, oatmeal cookie, fruit salad or fresh fruit.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Unused cards are non-refundable.
  • Lost or stolen cards are non-replaceable and non-refundable.
  • If your child transfers to another school during the school year, please contact leminibistro@emsb.qc.ca.
  • Starting with the 2026-2027 school year, the price of a meal may increase, and you will be informed of the new prices at the beginning of the next school year. In this circumstance, if the meal card purchased during the 2025-2026 school year is used during the 2026-2027 school year, a supplement for the difference in price of a meal will have to be paid by the student when purchasing his/her meal in the cafeteria.

À utiliser dans les cafétérias de la Commission scolaire English-Montréal (CSEM), une carte-repas prépayée est un excellent moyen d'éviter à votre (vos) enfant(s) d'avoir à transporter de l'argent et de garantir qu'il reçoive un repas nutritif et équilibré.

CARTE REPAS ACHETÉES PENDANT L’ANNÉE SCOLAIRE 2025-2026 SCHOOL

Le prix de la carte-repas est de $57.50. Cela correspond à 10 repas au prix unitaire de $5.75.
Le repas inclus : entrée, légume, soupe ou dessert* et lait.

*pouding au lait, yogourt, muffin, biscuit à l’avoine, salade de fruit ou fruit frais.

Termes et conditions:

  • La carte est non remboursable en cas d’inutilisation.
  • La carte est non remplaçable, ni remboursable en cas de perte ou de vol.
  • Si votre enfant change d’école pendant l’année scolaire, veuillez contacter leminibistro@emsb.qc.ca.
  • À partir de l’année scolaire 2026-2027, le prix unitaire d’un repas peut augmenter et vous serez informés des nouveaux prix au début de la prochaine année scolaire. Le cas échéant, si la carte repas achetée pendant l’année scolaire 2025-2026 est utilisée pendant l’année scolaire 2065-2027, un supplément devra être payé par l’élève lors de l’achat de son repas à la cafétéria pour couvrir la différence de prix.
